Terms of Service

    These terms govern the provision of **industrial rescue services**, **fall protection equipment**, and **technical safety consultations** provided by Lifegear Safetech Pvt Ltd across India and international markets.

    1. Service Scope

    Lifegear agrees to provide services as defined in individual project contracts, including but not limited to:

    • Deployment of **ITRA-certified** standby rescue teams.
    • Installation of **CE EN 795:2012** compliant rooftop lifeline systems.
    • Supply of **BIS IS 3521** certified safety harnesses and PPE.

    2. Technical Compliance

    All equipment supplied is subject to rigorous quality control. The user is responsible for ensuring regular inspections as per **EN/BIS standards**. Lifegear is not liable for equipment used beyond its certified capacity or in non-approved industrial environments.

    3. Jurisdiction

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in **Mumbai, Maharashtra**.
